Instructions:

  2. Transfer the mixture to a bowl, cover with plastic wrap, and refrigerate for 1 hour to ensure the base is firm enough to roll.
  3. Using a small cookie scoop, portion out 1-tablespoon mounds of the cheese mixture. Roll them quickly between your palms to form smooth spheres.
  4. Roll each ball in chosen coatings—toasted pecans, cranberries, or parsley—until fully enveloped, then place on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
