Ingredients:

  • 3 oz (90ml) Dry Prosecco
  • 2 oz (60ml) Aperol
  • 1 oz (30ml) Premium Club Soda
  • 1 large organic orange slice
  • 1 Castelvetrano olive (optional)

Instructions:

  1. Chill a large wine glass or stemmed balloon glass in the freezer for 5 minutes. Fill the glass to the very top with large, dense, fresh ice cubes.
  2. Pour 3 oz of chilled dry Prosecco over the ice first to protect the carbonation.
  3. Slowly pour 2 oz of Aperol in a circular motion, followed immediately by 1 oz of cold club soda.
  4. Use a bar spoon to gently lift the ice once from the bottom to incorporate the ingredients without losing effervescence.
  5. Garnish with a large organic orange slice and an optional Castelvetrano olive.
