Ingredients:
- 1 lb flank steak, thinly sliced against the grain
- 4 cups fresh broccoli florets
- 1 tbsp avocado oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp fresh ginger, grated
- 1/3 cup low-sodium soy sauce
Instructions:
- Measure out the low-sodium soy sauce in a small bowl.
- Heat oil in a wok or cast iron skillet over medium-high heat. Add beef slices in a single layer and sear for 60-90 seconds per side; remove beef immediately and set aside.
- Add broccoli florets to the same pan with a splash of water. Cover and steam for 2 minutes. Remove lid, add minced garlic and ginger, and sauté for 30 seconds.
- Return the seared beef and its juices to the pan. Pour in the soy sauce and stir constantly for 1-2 minutes until the beef and broccoli are well coated.
