Ingredients:
- 2 cups dry prosecco, chilled
- 12 fresh cranberries
- 12 small mint leaves
- 3/4 cup orange juice
Instructions:
- Place the silicone ice cube mold on a flat surface in the freezer for 10 minutes to pre chill.
- Pour 1 tablespoon of orange juice into the bottom of each cavity.
- Using tweezers, place one cranberry and one small mint leaf into each cavity.
- Slowly pour the chilled prosecco into each cavity.
- Stop pouring when you leave approximately 1/4 inch of space at the top to allow for expansion.
- Level the mold on a flat freezer shelf.
- Freeze for at least 6 hours until the cubes are completely solid and opaque.
- Gently twist the silicone mold to release the cubes.
- Transfer the cubes to a sealed freezer bag immediately to avoid freezer smell.
